Ef Hatch 91 Fuel Filter Location?????

To All:

I Was Just Wondering If You Know Where The Fuel Filter Of A Ef Hatch 91 Is Located?
I Wanted To Replace It...but I Was Looking At The Engine Bay I Can't Find Any Fuel Filter There....by The Way My Hatch Has A Stock Ph12 Carb Type Engine.the Only Thing That I Saw At The Engine Bay Related To Fuel System Was The Charcol Canister Going To The Fuel Pump To The Carburator.

I Was Thinking To Replace The Fuel Filter Because I Was Having A Problem After I Start My Hatch In The Morning.after Starting The Idle Was Moving Up Ang Down...after A While About 20 To 30 Sec The Engine Shuts Off.
So What I Did Was Rev It And Then The Engine Was Not Responding Very Well It Was Hesitating Or Bugging Down.

But After The Engine Is Warm Or After Driving 1 To 2 Kilometers It Works Fine...as Is Should Be...i Was Having This Problem Of Around 2 Week...have You Encounter These Kind Of Problem?.....well I Think I Have To Replace The Fuel Filter And Hope For The Best....thank You In Advance...

When I had carbs on my EF(44mm Mikuni's) the chokes were not connected. In the morning I would have to "pump" the throttle and then start. Once car was started I would have to keep the rev's up manually until the car would idle normally. Sometimes 5-10 min. Pain in the ass in winter. Check your chokes.

Here is a picture of my old motor but you can see the location of the stock fuel filter location...sounds like yours might be a little different.
